Loretta CR Hubley |
Oil Paintings |
Poised on the edge of fantasy and reality, Lorettas paintings and hand-made prints evoke memories and magic. Loretta designs in a style that blends the traditions of the West and East, creating themes of change and beauty that murmur to our imagination. A professor, painter, and printmaker, Loretta continues to experiment in textural techniques, using melodic color to create day dreams for our appreciation. After many years of trying many mediums, she discovered an affinity for photography and has been taking pictures for almost 12 years. Her main focus is the southwest landscape, but finds her local roots often as interesting.
